Our responsibility: The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)

As of January 1, 2023, companies with 3,000 or more employees in Germany must comply with human rights and environmental due diligence requirements along their supply chains as part of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and establish a corresponding complaints procedure. We at SRH are clearly committed to comply to these due diligence obligations and support them.

Protected Rights

Menschenrechte § 2 II, umgeben von sechs Themen: Kinderarbeit, Zwangsarbeit und Sklaverei, Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz, Gleichheit in der Beschäftigung, Freiheit der Vereinigung und Zerstörung natürlicher Ressourcen.

We consider our due diligence obligations as a company in relation to our own business operations, the actions of our contractual partners and the actions of other (indirect) suppliers.

Complaint procedure

All SRH employees and business partners are encouraged to report possible violations of the Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (LkSG). All reports can be made anonymously or confidentially. Upon receipt, your report will be carefully reviewed. If the suspicion of a violation is substantiated, appropriate measures will be taken.
